Priorat is a mountainous region composed of 11 villages where are produced some of the most famous wines of Spain. The breathtaking view of the Montsant mountain range, the extremely steep vineyards and the stone-built old mansions compose a beautiful canvas that waits to be explored. The LOVE of Spanish Catalans for the beauty and wilderness of Priorat drove our instincts to dine all together with legendary winemakers, feel their anxieties, discuss their aspirations, and after all taste their unique products.
Roussillon the land of proud French Catalans. A marvelous terroir of vineyards that expand from the steep hills of the Pyrenees to the beautiful shores of Corbieres. Picturesque fisherman villages, “garage-wineries” of foreigners that fell in love with “the smell” of this rough but uncomparable land and decided to re-start their lives here.

The LOVE of French Catalans for their ancient roots drove our minds to present you the beautiful wines as well as local dishes of the Occitane. The LOVE of the non-French inhabitants of Roussillon for their land drove our curiousness to demonstrate you the uniqueness of the wines that every village of the region produces.
